Party Game: To Use For Loosening the Crowd

Party Game: To Use For Loosening the Crowd
By: Jack Reider

Throwing a party is one of the most fulfilling feelings that one feels, provided that the party is a big hit and that everyone, or at least most people, enjoy it. As a host, you have to not only see to it that the drinks and food will be not only appropriate, but also enough. Just like you wouldn't want to serve only alcohol for a crowd that doesn't drink, you wouldn't wish for the booze to run out just when the crowd is starting to get into it. Right?

Even though drinks and food are an integral part of a party, the success of the bash depends on an another important feature of every party: the games or entertainment at the party. Just for this purpose, print out the following party game.

1) At the entrance, hand the page out to each guest along with a pencil, and ask them to fill it out.

2) When all are present, ask them to read out the name they wrote against each number.

3) Announce the significance of each name they wrote. And laugh out with them as some are embarrassed, others surprised and the rest baffled.

What Do They Write on the Paper?
On the page you hand them, write the numbers 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11. Write these numbers in big and bold and in a row so that each number is under the previous one.

Then, to the side of each number, ask them to write as follows:

1) Next to the numbers 3 and 7, they should write names of real people from the opposite sex.

2) Next to the numbers 4, 5, and 6, they should write the names of whoever they wish. These could be family, friends or acquaintances.

3) Next to the numbers 8, 9, 19, and 11, they should write names of songs.

When reading out the results, raise your voice and try and remember at least some of the names that others wrote down. Try and focus on the beautiful men and women because they usually are the center of the crowd before people get acquainted.

The Results:
1) The person they wrote besides the number 3, is the person they are in love with.

2) The person they wrote by the number 7 is someone they love, but can't understand.

3) The number 4 refers to that person whom they care the most about. This is the most important person to each one.
4) The person whose name you have written against the number 5 is the one who knows you the most.

5) The person who will bring you the most luck is the one besides the number 6.

6) The song you wrote besides the number 8 is suitable for the person you wrote at number three.

7) As for the song at number 9. This fits the person you wrote besides the number 7.

8) When you come to the song at number 10, take a break. Then, when the crowd begs you to continue, reveal that the song each one wrote besides 10 reveals the most about each one.

9) And as for the last song situated at number 11, the solution for this is simple. This song symbolizes what each one thinks about life.

Have Fun!

Caribbean Poker Rules and Tips

Caribbean Poker Rules and Tips

Caribbean Poker Rules and Tips
By Todd Gamble
Poker has become world famous lately, with televised championships and celebrity poker game shows. Its popularity, though, stretches back quite a bit farther than its TV ratings. Over the years many variations on the original poker game have developed, including some games that are not quite poker anymore.
Caribbean stud poker is one of these games. Despite the name, Caribbean stud poker is more closely related to blackjack than traditional poker, in that the players bet against the bank instead of each other. The winning hands, though, are the traditional poker hands. There is no bluffing or other kinds of deception.
In Caribbean stud poker, you are expected to ante up before the dealer declares “No more bets.” At that point, both you and the bank (dealer) and of course all of the other players receive five cards each. Once you have seen your hand and the bank’s first card, you must either make a call bet or surrender. The call bet’s value is equal to your original ante, meaning that the stakes will have doubled. Surrendering means that your ante goes directly to the bank.
After the bet comes the showdown. If the bank does not have ace/king or better, your bet is returned, plus an amount equal to the ante. If the bank does have ace/king or better, you win if your hand beats the bank’s hand. The bank pays out money even with your ante and fixed odds on your call bet. These odds are:
• Even for a pair or high card
• 2-1 for two pairs
• 3-1 for three of a kind
• 4-1 for a straight
• 5-1 for a flush
• 7-1 for a full house
• 20-1 for a four of a kind
• 50-1 for a straight flush
• 100-1 for a royal flush

For your convenience these are listed from the lowest possible winning hand to the highest, which is why the payouts for the hands lower on the list are at such an increased percentage.
If the bank has ace/king or better and you cannot beat the bank’s hand, then they win and you lose both your ante and your bet. To start the next round of betting, you only need to place the next ante and start all over.
There are several rules, which must be observed at all times at the tables. These include:
• Only one hand per player. No player may hold or wager on multiple hands at the same time.
• No communicating or exchanging card information with any of the other players, or with the dealer. This will result in an immediate forfeiture of wagers and a dead hand.
• Incorrect number of cards to a player results in a dead hand for that player only, and the wager is returned.
• The decisions of the table and/or casino or floor supervisor are final and not subject to dispute.
• A misdeal shall result in all hands being made void, and the deck shuffled.
• Each player must keep his or her cards in sight of the dealer at all times. Once the player has looked at his or her cards, they should be returned to the layout on the table and not be touched again until the time comes to turn the hands.
• If a hole card is exposed prior to the dealer announcing “No more bets”, all hands are made void.
If you are getting interested in playing Caribbean stud poker, then by all means phone a couple of friends and set up some time to teach them to play. You will all have plenty of fun learning and playing together. If you don’t know anyone else who would like to play with you, you could try playing Caribbean stud poker online. There are a large number of online casino and gaming web sites, and many of them offer Caribbean stud poker. Play for free until you get the hang of the game, and then play for real money if you so desire.
Casinos also offer Caribbean stud poker, so once you get the hang of the game, it might be fun to make an excursion to the nearest casino and test your skills against a live dealer. A good tip for Caribbean stud poker, though, is that when you play the house, the house wins. The odds are stacked against you in the long run in one-on-one games like this, so play with caution.
A few extra tips before we send you on your way:
• Read all the rules and limits at a table before you sit.
• The odds are on the house. Determine if the price is worth the pleasure of the game.
• Never try to bluff a hand. This is not a bluffing game.
• Payout odds can vary from casino to casino, so verify your odds before playing.
And now that you know the rules and tips of Caribbean stud poker, go out there and win yourself some money and have yourself some fun. If you keep in mind that gambling is about having a good time, you will be the ultimate winner. Best of luck!

Exclusive Interview: So You Think You Can Dance's Sandra Colton

Exclusive Interview: So You Think You Can Dance's Sandra Colton
By: Groshan Fabiola

Life after So You Think You Can Dance certainly hasn’t been dull nor dark for booted finalist, Sandra Colton. In the competition, Sandra was known mostly for her tap dancing talent, but she realized after her elimination that she showed only one of the many gifts that she possessed. Aside from tap, Sandra is also adept at performing hip-hop and jazz, and most recently, she released her debut album, Just Dance. All of the songs were written by Sandra (with the exception of one chorus), and since the release of Just Dance, she has been working extra hard in gaining exposure for her album. Among the songs in Just Dance are “Strut,” “Sugar,” “Boom Crack,” “Be Free” and “Signature.”

With a background in Journalism from the University of Oregon, Sandra came out with her own web magazine entitled Original Girl. The magazine was created for young females who are in the process of completing their tertiary education. Each issue contains a variety of articles that talk about the latest in clothes, the entertainment industry and technology. Most importantly, the magazine also serves as a manual for students with regard to their future careers and money issues. Sandra included the financial guide for students because when she was still in school, she seldom received smart and reliable money advice.

Despite also excelling in things outside of the music industry, Sandra’s great talent in singing and dancing are what will surely bring her far in this world. After all, she has been performing since she was three years old and has spent most of her life honing her skills. In addition, she was a cheerleader during college and subsequently became a part of the L.A. Lakers Cheerleading Squad. The music of another former Laker Girl, Paula Abdul, was among those that Sandra enjoyed listening to during her formative years.

Stargate Actor Guest Stars on 24

Stargate Actor Guest Stars on 24

Actor Michael Shanks takes a break from his anthropologist character on Stargate SG-1 to get a taste of some action on the award-winning series 24 on the episode 1:00 AM–2:00 AM, which will be aired on April 30. His participation on the series 24 will be seen in four episodes, which is part of an arc for season 6.

Shanks will be playing a role different from his Dr. Daniel Jackson role on Stargate Sg-1 as he will be portraying Mark Bishop who is a political lobbyist. Aside from playing a political lobbyist, he will be involved in a secret relationship with Lisa Miller (Kari Matchett), who is the assistant of Vice President Noah Daniels (Powers Boothe). One thing that’s unique about Shank’s participation on 24 is the romantic plot he brings with him, which is something fans hardly ever see on the action-packed series. In fact, this is something that the crew feels awkward about, being giggly and bashful while filming some love scenes.

But overall, he feels pleased to have worked with someone like Matchett. He said, "It was nice to work with somebody like Kari in that kind of capacity, because there was already a rapport there. We're friends from long ago, so it's easier than 'Hello, stranger, nice to meet you. By the way, I'll be taking your clothes off.' There's always an awkwardness on day one."

But even if Shank’s inclusion on 24 is only for a brief period, he considers his work load to be very hectic, unable to squeeze in some time for shooting some scenes for his current project Stargate: Continuum DVD. And although Shanks will appear in at least four episodes of 24, the 36-year old actor will not be doing any scenes with counter terrorist agent Jack Bauer (Kiefer Sutherland), which hints that he is quite far away from danger and will most likely not be killed during his inclusion.

The Bachelor: Paris' Sarah Stone Maintains A Platonic Relationship with Travis Stork

The Bachelor: Paris' Sarah Stone Maintains A Platonic Relationship with Travis Stork
By: Groshan Fabiola

Everyone gets the chance to go through a life-changing experience, but not everybody gets to do it in Paris, so it is only right that The Bachelor winner Sarah Stone feels grateful for being given the chance to not only fight for her possible life partner, but also to spend week after week in the romantic French capital city.

In talking about finding the possible life partner, much emphasis must be put on the word “possible,” as Stone and Bachelor Dr. Travis Lane Stork announced their break up fourth months after the eighth season of the show wrapped up. Utterly sad but true; even his good looks and medical degree were not enough to convince Stone to maintain the relationship.

Given the short period of time that Stone and Stork did spend as a couple, is it fair to say that what transpired in television was nothing more than another attempt to win the attention of the millions of hopeless romantics out there? Probably not, judging by how Stone explained the rationale behind their break-up. Apparently, Stone and Stork had a wonderful time together in Paris, but when they returned to the United States, everything seemed to just fall out of place. So, it wasn’t so much that their relationship wasn’t real, it was more the fact that Paris did not provide a more realistic environment for their relationship to thrive in. This makes total sense since a good number of people often escape to romantic places such as Paris to rekindle passion and excitement with their respective partners. The problem for Stone and Stork was they weren’t trying to rekindle anything; they were trying to embark on a new beginning, and laying the foundation on a totally romantic but escapist environment doesn’t always do good to a relationship.

Nevertheless, breaking up doesn’t equal to falling out, and Stone claimed that she will maintain a friendly bond with Stork, which means that there may still be hope for a reconciliation.

Exclusive Interview: Mookie Lee, 11th Survivor Voted Off

Exclusive Interview: Mookie Lee, 11th Survivor Voted Off
By: Groshan Fabiola

Another Survivor contestant was voted off and he comes in the form of Mookie Lee. In an interview with BuddyTV, he spoke about his journey on the popular competitive reality program.

Lee, a 25-year old native of Seoul, Korea, studied actuarial science and finance at the University of Illinois. At present, he resides in Chicago and works as a computer program manager.

Although he was familiar with Survivor, he was not an avid supporter of the show. In fact, he was not expecting to be cast on Survivor: Fiji. As for his elimination, he expected to be axed the moment Edgardo left the tribal council. But if Dre "Dreamz" Herd had remained to be part of "The Four Horsemen" alliance, things would have worked out better.

He also mentioned that he believes karma will play a significant part in everything, emphasizing the consequence of Dreamz’s action. Lee also observed Dreamz as a player who did not strategize his game plan, thus he only fought and decided on things as the situation arises. This also accounted for his backstabbing moves, which might be quite unfortunate in the future when people on the jury have to decide and vote for the winner of one million dollars.

Despite his defeat, he considered his experience on Survivor as a very pleasing experience. Although there were some things that he did not agree with in terms of editing, he concurred with the program’s editing of the show and his participation. He also wished that there were some fun parts and conversations that were not omitted on the broadcast. Overall, he was satisfied with everything that transpired.

As of the moment, he is busy with his work, as well as with new endeavors such as a charity event and other organized events. He is also set to sponsor a sporting event.

Jordin Sparks Now Favored to Win American Idol

Jordin Sparks Now Favored to Win American Idol
By: Groshan Fabiola

With a popular show like American Idol, people are bound to be enthralled with all the hype and drama of the program, whether it’s discovering the fresh promising raw talents or just the mere excitement of finding out who the next American Idol will be. With the near culmination of the sixth season of American Idol, many are taking advantage of a lucrative opportunity to earn some money by predicting the Idol winner and betting online, which seems to be a fad akin to almost all top-rating reality competition shows.

Among the six contestants remaining on American Idol, Jordin Sparks appears to be the top contender for majority of the online betting crowd. Followed by Melinda Dolittle, Blake Lewis, Lakisha Jones, Chris Richardson and Phil Stacey.

Does Jordin Sparks really have what it takes to be the next American Idol?

American Idol is not the first exposure to the limelight of the 17-year old native of Phoenix, Arizona. In fact, she has been through several singing competitions prior to her pursuit of American Idol season 6. She has also acquired numerous awards like America’s Most Talented Kids, The Proof Is In The Pudding Talent Winner, Spotlight Winner & Country/Southern Gospel First Place Winner, and Coca Cola Rising Star just to name a few. In addition to her singing career, she has also ventured in acting, performing in several plays, and modeling, wining the Next Plus-size Model search. Not bad for a youngster.

Overall, the order of the remaining six contestants appears to be realistic, based on their performance and standing at present. At any rate, it is still quite unreliable to believe the results of the online betting world as these are erratic and may consist of some odd conspiracies cooked up by the VoteForTheWorst crowd or other anti-American Idol groups.

Desperate Housewives Perks Up the Plot With New Facets

Desperate Housewives Perks Up the Plot With New Facets
By: Groshan Fabiola

For all those who feel that Desperate Housewives has been focusing too much on the lives of, well, the wives and mothers of Wisteria Lane, you will be happy to know that creator Marc Cherry has a lot planned for one of its male characters on the show.

Apparently, Andrew Van de Kamp, who is played by teen actor Shawn Pyfrom, will be going through a lot of life-altering experiences soon, particularly with regards to his sexuality. The planned development of Pyfrom’s character has come at the best time, what with so many Americans battling with their sexuality today. Andrew may very well become the gay teen community’s next figurehead, although it must be said that hopefully the example he will set is a good one. After all, if one backtracks and studies Andrew’s past behavior, it’s easy to come to the conclusion that he is one disturbed kid. Still, the root of Andrew’s anger and resentment towards his mother, Bree (played by actress Marcia Cross), has been established as Bree’s non-acceptance of his true self, which means that perhaps if given the freedom to express himself and the unconditional love of a parent, Andrew may just step away from his rebellious ways. Therefore, will Andrew’s future exploits reflect a change in Bree’s perspective as well?

It is because of plot twists like this that make the show so exciting to watch. To add to the sweet anticipation for the next season, the show has also added two new cast members. The mother of Lynette Scavo (portrayed by Golden Globe-winner Felicity Huffman) is set to be played by Polly Bergen, while the father of Victor Lang (portrayed by John Slattery) is set to be played by M*A*S*H alumnus Mike Farrell. It looks like the beloved characters of Wisteria Lane are about to get a big dose of parental guidance

Sugar Land Sours on The Bachelor's Amber

Sugar Land Sours on The Bachelor's Amber
By: Groshan Fabiola

With all the reality television series popping out left and right, it is not hard to see why many would be led to question the sincerity and realism of such shows. Even the ones which served as pioneers of this growing trend have become somewhat “too real” to be believable, making it harder for viewers to trust the show and its’ participants.

Take Amber Alchalabi, for example. She is one of the few remaining bachelorettes on The Bachelor: Officer and A Gentleman. Oftentimes, Amber, an elementary teacher in Texas, has been heard talking about her students with bachelor Andy Baldwin, saying that she has found it difficult to be away from her beloved fourth graders. However, in an embarrassing turn of events, the parents of her students have rebut Alchalabi’s claims, saying that a teacher who cares so much about her students would not leave them in the midst of their preparation for an important exam like Texas Assessment of Knowledge and Skills Test. The issue further escalated when the parents found out that Alchalabi had lied to them about where she was going and when the show came to the school to shoot some episodes.

Given all this, it most certainly seems like Alchalabi had been putting up a front and pretending to be a sweet and endearing young woman in order to capture the heart of the handsome bachelor. However, it would be quite silly to think that a smart woman like Alchalabi would present such a false image knowing that her words and actions would be broadcast on national television. Surely, if she truly wanted to make Baldwin fall for “I’m-such-a-good-teacher” act, she would not have done so while the cameras were rolling, lest her cover would be blown. And with regards to her lying about her real whereabouts, Alchalabi was forced to give false information about her absence because her contract with the show called for it.

True, one can argue that if her feelings towards her students are sincere, then the choice she would have made would have been in their favor, which would have meant not joining the show at all in order to help her kids with their test preparation. However, that decision is not too easy to make when confronted with a heart yearning to find great love.

Dance and Communication

Dance and Communication
By: Ian McKenzie

On Wednesday I watched a young couple’s final private dance lesson before their forthcoming wedding next Saturday.

The engaged couple were not going to dance the traditional bridal waltz, but instead were dancing a slow romantic dance that had been skilfully choreographed to their favourite love song. Every facial expression, every body position and movement in that dance had this couple very clearly telling each other over and over, “I love you…, I love you…, I love you…”. But, not a word was spoken.

This slow romantic dance was immediately followed by a very lively Mambo. The dancing couple through this second dance said to me the observer, “yes, we love each other dearly and we are really going to have fun and enjoy our lives together”.

I have taught tertiary courses on communication, and have used the following scenarios to demonstrate to students that communication is not just about verbalisations and the written word.

“OK, pair up and when I say ‘go’, I want you to maintain eye contact with each other for thirty seconds only, but don’t communicate anything.”

We would then discuss this scenario as a class and generally the consensus would be that the eyes are very important in the communication process. And, of course they are.

A second scenario I sometimes used was to get one of the students to walk outside the classroom and to then come in and be very careful not to even fleetingly give eye contact to anyone in the room. This student had been told not to communicate anything to anyone.

Of course, it can not be done.

We can not, not communicate.

But, some forms of communication are more powerful than others.

And, what a powerful form of communication is DANCE.

My friend and Flamenco Dance expert Tomás Dietz sent me an article he had written last week on Flamenco. The article is called “What is Flamenco?”, and I have published it on my Australian Dance Directory dot info web site.

His introduction reads:
Flamenco is a complex art form firmly woven into the fabric of Spain’s Andalucian culture, expressed through passionate singing, driving guitar accompaniment and intensely emotional percussive dancing that involves arching bitter sweet body movements and shotgun footwork.*

Understanding that the dance’s history can be traced back to the 15th Century and the shocking atrocities suffered by the Spanish Inquisition and with the many different cultures involved, gives a whole new meaning when seeing the dance performed.

Modern Jive, Swing, Rock ‘N’ Roll, and several other dances have their roots in the dances danced by Afro-Americans back in the 1920’s and 1930’s. I have written and published another article on the history of these dances called, “Hopping at the Savoy”. To these dancers at the time, DANCE, was probably more important as a communication tool than language itself.

There are thousands of different dances and many hundreds of styles of dance, and any one of them could be looked at as a communication tool. But if I was to give more exemplification here, this would become an epic and not just an article on dance and communication.

Dances are capable of expressing the whole range of human emotions. And, the more the dancers of the dance feel those emotions, generally the more convincing the dance performance will be.

Dancers, whether they dance Classical Ballet, Tap, Flamenco or whatever are generally passionate about their particular dance style or styles. As a professional working in the area of communication, education and training, and also someone who is passionate about dance, I have published a suite of fifteen web sites covering all styles and all aspects of dance. These sites including a dance blog are all listed in the Australian Dance Directory dot info web site.

But DANCE, is one of my passions, it is not my business. As already mentioned, dance can be a powerful communication tool. But, also as I have mentioned, it is impossible not to communicate. But how effective that communication is, can be a very relevant issue. My company Professional Performance Australia (PPA) is involved with communication and professional development. We use a simple but extremely effective model called “CPS” for firms to arrive at better solutions. The CPS (Communication and Problem Solving at Work) model was developed by Dr Charles Margerison and has been effectively used by major corporations throughout the world. Eight out of ten major corporations in Australia are currently using this program. I am happy to give the link to a short video of Dr Charles Magerison being interviewed about this model to anyone who contacts me and asks for it. PPA also has a range of other workplace communication programs such as negotiating and bargaining.

My contact details are on the web site listed below. So whether you are a dancer or not, if you are involved in a business that may on occasions encounter some problems that need solving, the CPS model will certainly be of assistance to you

Happy Dancing

Adult Industry Awards 2007

Adult Industry Awards 2007
By: Kate Riding

With this years awards being split into 2 main categories, and for that matter two arenas, adult productions (mainly DVD producers, actors and actresses) and sex toys. While the allure of the DVD awards was tempting I kept to my brief and spent a weekend searching out the new products and also keeping a keen eye on the movers and shakers in the industry.
Day one was expo day and resembled an upmarket car boots sale, albeit the products where shiny and new and the tables where adorned with vibrators, dildos, stap-ons and all manner of sex toys, some of which I had a hard time working out which way they went on and what exactly they did.
The big guns where out in force with Doc Jonson commanding a prime spot in the arena, the big push (if that's the right word) was on their new range of Pretty End butt plugs and a range of Pretty Jenna Jameson vibrators and dildos. The most interesting thing about the new ranges where the pale pastel colors selected with each coming in a total of six different colors and the most exciting of these was the G-spot "Brianna" range, and the guys and gals at Doc Johnson where kind enough to let me have one in appealing Baby Blue color. Review on this to follow no doubt, but hey it's been a busy week and well, I haven't had time to road test it yet - shame on me!
Moving on to the awards on day two of the event and there was a little surprise, but not in fairness a huge one, in the best female toy with the Rabbit Pearl vibrator coming in at number one with I'm told a huge majority vote.
One interesting male sex toy that seems to have made a resurgence and indeed picked up Best in Class for Male Sex Toy as voted by readers of Heat magazine was the Penisator, a strange device that slips over the penis and can be used alone or during intercourse. A simple concept with very popular sensations for both parties.
Best selling toy of 2006, no prizes for guessing this one and with worldwide sales in the millions the classic Rabbit Vibrator romped home with a comfortable victory in this class. Runner up went to the new range of Glow in the Dark beads from Nasstoys and third place went to a personal favourite, California Exotics "Shanes World Hottie".
With attendance of in excess of 50,000 people in one weekend the show has been a massive hit once again and it was nice to see old faces and nice to see lots of new faces too. So let's look forward to a year of new exciting products to tickle all our fancies and fatasies and look forward to Expo 2008 in Denmark.

Many articles supply answers, but here I do not. Here, I ask the questions. If you want to rack your brains for finding the answers to these life conundrums. But, I warn you. Beware. These are not easy, and though somewhat hilarious and funny, they are real and true to life.

Should I begin? Ok, here I go:

1) How come Tarzan has no bears even though he grows up with wolves in the jungle?

2) Why does glue not stick to the insides of the tube or can that it comes in?

3) Why do they use sterile injections when executing someone who is condemned to death?

4) Why do we press down harder and harder or the remote controls even though we know that the batteries are low?

5) Why is it that when someone hits us in the ankles with his supermarket trolley and then appologizes, do we say that everything is ok? I mean, things are not really fine. Why is it that we do not say that it hurts?

6) Why is it that whatever the color of the bath soap, the bubbles are always white?

7) Why is it that you will never find a day when mattresses are not on sale?

8) Why is it that online casinos always offer big prize money for their tournaments but never reveal the real name of the winner after the competition is over?

9) If human beings evolved from monkeys, why is it that there still are monkeys?

10) Why did the Japanese Kamikaze pilots wear helmets during the second World War?

11) Why does Superman stop bullets with his chest but, then, duck when the empty gun is thrown at him.

12) Why do banks charge a commission when you go into debt even though they know that there is no money in that account?

13) Why do people go back again and again to the refrigerator hoping that something new to eat will appear there?

14) Why do people move their vacuum cleaner over a thin thread lying on the floor, bend down, pick it up, examine it, and then, place it on the floor again and move the vacuum over it again?

15) Why do people believe it when they are told that there are more than four billion stars, but when they see a sign that says wet paint, they have to touch and check?

16) Why does a plastic bag not open at the end where you first try to open it?

17) Why do you never hear jokes about father in laws?

18) Why are there dead insects inside enclosed electric lamps?

Jokes: On Men and On Women

Jokes: On Men and On Women
By: Jack Reider

Relations between the man and the woman have been frequently parodied and laughed at. And in this article, I will continue this tradition.

A) What is Sex?
In a survey conducted by the National Bureau of Statistic, different professionals gave different answers.

A-1) The Doctor:
Sex is a disease because you always end up in bed.

A-2) The Lawyer:
Sex is definitely unjust. Always, there is one person on top and the other one under that person.

A-3) The Engineer:
Sex is the perfect machine because this unit works whenever you want it to.

A-4) The Architect:
Sex is a mistake. And this is because the place where all the fun takes place has been placed at the exits.

A-5) The Politician:
It is the perfect democracy because everyone has fun whether they are on top or not.

A-6) The Economist:
It is a bad investment. What you put in is much bigger than what you take out.

B) The Closed Door Syndrome
A husband comes home and finds the door locked. He calls to his wife, "My dear, could you please open the door?"

He laughs," It is ok. I am alone."
She replies," I am not."

C) The Complaint of the First Woman
Eve goes up to the almighty and complains, "why does Adam have a limb protruding from his body while I do not?"
The almighty replies, "What shall I do with you, dear Eve? How many times have I to tell you that that limb is yours. Adam is just carrying it for you."

D) A Handsome Couple
A handsome man and a beautiful woman are making love, He turns to her.
"Oh my dear, because you are my first one, I will call you Eve."

F) Girl and Mother

Her mother calms her down ,"Come on. Why are you so pessimistic? Maybe all that happened is that he was run over."

H) Fortune Revealed

The woman looks back and whispers, "Say, can you see anything in my palm on how my husband would react to that?"

It Can't Hurt To Get Voice Lessons

It Can't Hurt To Get Voice Lessons
By: DMF

While a good singing voice can be a good start for a singing career, the voice alone doesn't make a good singer. Being comfortable with the songs you are singing will show in terms of your self confidence. Keep in mind that even successful singers have learned some techniques that is why they were able to maintain well-modulated singing voices. Singing isn't all based on talent. Lose all your inhibitions. Karaoke singing is a wonderful way to entertain yourself and the others.

When singing songs that are up tempo you don't need the technical ability it is more entertainment like karaoke. A good choice of song can make his performance better because the singer is comfortable with the song. Doing so, he'd be able to deliver the notes better, and feel the song best. A beautiful rendition of a song is noted most of the times, not because the singer has sung it well, but he did it with the right emotions overflowing. Doing so, he'd be able to deliver the notes better, and feel the song best.

Professional singers practice all the time, if you practice you will be amazed how you're breathing and voice improves when singing and making different tones. Singers have the ability to know how to breathe correctly when singing. When singers learn how to sing they do not sing from the throat they sing from the abdomen, the reason for this is because the abdomen is a large and strong muscle compared to the throat. Do not limit yourself to teachers close to home or work. Working with a coach that can bring out the best in your voice is the goal. While a good singing voice can be a good start for a singing career, the voice alone doesn't make a good singer.

Many people believe they can sing and they don't need voice lessons, the decision to go ahead and admit that lessons are needed is a big and important step. Once you train your voice it will become strong and vibrant and your voice will improve over time because you know the basics. It will be worth the extra distance. Find an environment where you can express yourself freely and one that offers open communication so training can be modified with your changing interests.

Singing is one practical way of expressing one's feelings. Possessing a skill in singing is also a good technique of overcoming shyness and gaining self-confidence. Singing is, indeed, one of the most profitable passions in the industry today.

Each day, a singer is born to the music industry. It isn't enough that you have been trained by the best music school or that you can shift from one musical genre to another. Knowing the vocal quality of a singer will enable him to choose songs that are appropriate for his singing voice. Once an appropriate song has been chosen, the singer should take time to develop his own style. He shouldn't try to choose a difficult song which will just showcase his lack of singing prowess. A good choice of song can make his performance better because the singer is comfortable with the song. The voice produces sound; the technical explanation is that the chords called vocal chords vibrate which in turn produces sound. Singers use these vibrations to make different sounds at different frequencies which allow them to make variation of notes.

With all the talents available for the taking, making it big in the recording industry can be attributed more to a very good manager rather than on pure talent alone. Thus, singers should never question the importance of getting professional help to further their singing careers. Taking into consideration the popularity of singing talent searches, good singers can actually make a successful career in the entertainment industry.

Detecting a Cheating Poker Player

Detecting a Cheating Poker Player.
By: Alan Murray

As in the majority of games, there exists a possibility for the fraud of players. While playing online, you should not worry about somebody who makes a false bet or who makes a point with your charts. What you must worry about is the players who play in team, use more than one computer, use robots. The players who joined can gain a small edge while sitting down with the same table and by providing information on their respective hands. This type of fraud is rare and does not have any significant effect in your victories or losses when you play full table.

The fact is, many players who cheat lose this way probably more than they would have had them just concentrated on their own play. More dangerous are the players who cooperate to raise the pots, in which one of the players has a good hand, by rising with the boat of the victim. However, this type of fraud is very easy to find, so that the room of poker detects with automatic and manual reviews. It is another moment when checking stories of hand can be useful for you as a player.

Players who uses two computers and two different identities while always playing table, is another relative type of fraud, which is also easily detected by the room of poker. All-in the abuse protection cannot be maltreated for a long period before the room of poker acts. However, it is unfortunately impossible to protect completely from the users against this fraud as long as protection is available for players. It is by far the most common form to cheat to you will never face.

The risk that somebody could notch in your computer while you play is extremely not very probable. If you always worry about somebody who notches in your computer while playing you should install a wall fire resistant. The majority of ISPs provide walls fire resistant as an element of their standard offer.

Convenience of mobile gambling

Convenience of mobile gambling
By: Alan Murray

The days of having to shower, dress, drive and park at a casino were over when online casinos burst onto the internet in the late 1990s and early 2000. Technology continues to progress with more and more sophisticated mobile phone devices.

The move to online gambling made online casinos, poker, sportsbooks and spread betting available from home. Now there are mobile poker rooms, WAP casinos, mobile spread betting and the ability to place via a mobile or PDA while at a live sports event.

The worldwide explosion in gambling, both online and offline, is set to see a further surge as the number of people gambling via their mobile phones looks ready to increase dramatically over the next five years.

The popularity of internet sports betting has grown prolifically over the past five years and the recent boom in online casino gaming has added further fervour to the global gambling phenomenon.

As consumers grow accustomed to being able to gamble any time, any place, any where, the mobile casino is soon to be common place among those wishing to gamble.

Convenience of mobile gambling

Gambling has now gone fully mobile with technology that allows online casino players to play their favourite games from their cellular phones or PDAs, allowing access to those on-the-go anywhere, anytime.

With the increase in mobile phone / PDA related technology, industry experts expect mobile gaming revenue to increase by 900% in the next three years, as players take advantage of the convenience of mobile gambling.

Players who wish to gamble when mobile simply have to download the mobile software application to their mobile device. The player registers an account, with account information stored in the 'backend' for user protection should the user's mobile device be lost or stolen. Funds can be deposited or withdrawn using an eWallet payment system, accessible from the mobile device, after which the user is ready to start playing mobile casino games.

Almost everyone has a mobile phone – and there are more mobiles than PC’s in the world, making the opportunity to play casino games like Blackjack or Roulette on the train or bus to work a reality.

Juniper Research expects bets placed over mobile phone applications to rise from just under $2bn currently to in excess of $23bn by 2011, according to a more recent forecast. Part of the predicated growth in mobile gambling is a large increase in mobile casinos.

The growth in 3G subscriptions as well as the introduction of increasingly sophisticated handsets with greater rich media capabilities will also make casino games a more attractive handheld offering.

Exclusive Interview: Brian Geraghty, 6th eliminated on The Ultimate Fighter 5
By: Groshan Fabiola

In the past UFC fights, there had been fighters who were able to showcase their fighting expertise even in the verge of getting crushed.

Unfortunately, in the case of Brian Geraghty, another mixed martial arts fighter who fell into the hands of defeat, he wasn’t able to demonstrate what he’s all about. In an exclusive interview with BuddyTV, he shared his sentiments about his UFC experience.

After being found suitable for UFC, Geraghty immediately got involved with Ultimate Fighter 5. And with a 24-9-2 status, he became known as a competent and promising fighter of Team Pulver.

Despite his eight years of fighting as an MMA, he fell short of Joe Lauzon’s fighting expertise. Originally, he was supposed to fight Gray and then he was supposed to fight Andy. But after much switching, he ended up fighting Joe, which unfortunately led to his elimination on Ultimate Fighter 5. As for the duel itself, he deemed it as a good match, although Geraghty admitted that his opponent was better than him.

Like many fighters who have been eliminated from UFC, a pinch of regret had engulfed this MMA fighter. Looking back, Geraghty had a better chance of winning had he slowed down his opponent more and focused on taking down his defenses. In addition, Geraghty had seen several of Joe’s previous fights, which he should have taken that advantage to examine his opponent’s moves and worked on his fight strategy.

As for the Corey Hill versus Rob Emerson fight, Geraghty initially rooted for Corey since he was on his team. But after assessing the exchange of blows, his judgment became more inclined to Emerson.

At present, Geraghty continues to enhance his fighting moves by maintaining his training. And although there are no events lined up for him yet, he remains hopeful to be on an undercard fight in the finale.

ABC Schedules Grey's Anatomy Spinoff

ABC Schedules Grey's Anatomy Spinoff
By: Groshan Fabiola

It’s Official! Finally, there is clarity and confirmation to the broadcast of the highly anticipated Grey’s Anatomy spin-off series, Private Practice.

The new medical drama will be taking the Wednesday niche at 9 pm, going against the police drama Criminal Minds and NBC’s upcoming science fiction series Bionic Woman.

Previously, the Grey’s Anatomy spin-off has generated quite some noise with its numerous pre-release promotions and its gradual revelation of its cast members and even its title.

Looking back, the buzz over the spin-off all seems typical given that it sprouted from highly popular program. But when you think about it, all the publicity, whether good or bad, has become highly crucial not only in promoting the new series but in finding its audience as well.

Despite the fact that Private Practice has been rooted from the Emmy and Golden Globe award-winning series Grey’s Anatomy, Private Practice intends to target yet another breed of audience. And although having a different hoard of viewers may have some advantageous factor to it, it may also be very challenging to create and establish a solid following just like its origin.

With Private Practice taking off, many viewers have become highly skeptical of what the more melodramatic series could offer. With the back pilot entitled "The Other Side of This Life," which served as an introduction for the spin-off, an average of 21 million viewers has watched to see Addison take a leave of absence from her work at Seattle Grace Hospital for a gig at Los Angeles’ Oceanside Wellness Clinic. Not bad for starters.

Private Practice features Grey’s Anatomy character Addison Montgomery, played by Kate Walsh, and other cast member such as Amy Brenneman (Judging Amy), Paul Adelstein (Prison Break), Tim Daly (Wings), Taye Diggs (Day Break), Chris Lowell (Veronica Mars) and Merrin Dungey (Alias).

24 To Continue For At Least Two More Days

24 To Continue For At Least Two More Days
By: Groshan Fabiola

Good news for 24 fans! The Emmy and Golden Globe award-winning action-thriller series has been renewed for at least two more seasons. Of course, this means that lead character Jack Bauer, played by Kiefer Sutherland, will stick around until 2009 since he has already agreed to a whopping $40 million contract for a three-year deal.

Surprisingly, 24 has been picked up in spite of the decline in the ratings and in viewership. 24 has launched its distinct action-packed plot with a sturdy and powerful impact in 2001, showcasing violent torture scenes and controversial themes. While most of its distinct characteristics are still present in the most recent season six, much of show generally lost it luster. A significant drop in ratings compared to its preceding seasons can back up fans’ discontent over its chronic dilemma, which has prompted writer David Fury and executive producer Howard Gordon to take the necessary actions.

Previously, Fury and Gordon have admitted to the series’ loose story lines.

According to the execs, it has been most challenging for them to come up with a great season but has unfortunately sunken in a recurring problem.

But with 24 continuing until 2009 at least, fans can be assured of some changes that will hopefully bring back shine to the critically acclaimed series. Both Fury and Gordon are currently working on ideas on how to reinvent the show to give its loyal fan base the 24 it deserves. The changes will definitely bring forth new elements in program while maintaining its real-time format. Many even speculate that season seven will feature a different cast and perhaps even a change in set.

According to a T.V. Guide interview with co-executive producer Manny Coto, "Jack starts next season in a very different place than any season so far.

Let's put it this way: I wouldn't be surprised if there's no CTU next year… There will not be a ticking clock on a nuclear device. We're hewing much closer to real life: tighter, more personal, more difficult for Jack. There may even be a plot thread that doesn't take place on U.S. soil. In a sense, it's a reboot — in location and personnel.

America’s Next Top Model

America’s Next Top Model
By: Groshan Fabiola

Exclusive Interview: Natasha Galkina, 1st Runner-up on America's Next Top Model

America’s Next Top Model showcased many model wannabes with distinct looks, outstanding personality and great potential. Natasha Galkina was definitely one of them. In an exclusive interview with BuddyTV, she spoke about her Top Model experience and her satisfaction even as a runner-up on the competition.

Even before her inclusion on America’s Next Top Model cycle 8, she was a fan of the show. With nothing else to do, she decided to try out in August and surprisingly earned a spot on the show.

As for the competition itself, Galkina hoped that she would get far though she was surprised when she ended up as a finalist. Her strategy? She just listened attentively to the judges and tried to improve her craft and learn from her mistakes. This was also what the judges saw in her that’s why she ended up as one of the final two.

She was never really bitter about not being crowned as America’s Next Top Model. In fact, she was happy to become a runner-up since the runner-up has the same exposure as the winner, except for the CoverGirl contract, the representation from a renowned modeling agency and a spread in a popular magazine. Nevertheless, she’s contented on how things ended up.

Being on Top Model definitely changed Galkina’s life. She went in on the competition with a different personality and came out with an even better one. She also considers the show as something that had honed her physically and emotionally. In addition, she met a lot of people and gained solid friendships along the way.

Now, she remains optimistic about her modeling career. She is very much aware of the exposure gained from being part of America’s Next Top Model.

She is also very grateful for the experience and encourages young women to pursue their dreams just like she did.

Why I love playing bingo

Why I love Bingo
By: bronco-8962

Why I love playing bingo
Bingo used to be associated with the elderly, but not anymore. With the game really taking off in recent months, it has risen in popularity. This has been demonstrated by top celebrities like Katie Price and Kym Marsh promoting the best online bingo sites. Even the super famous Sharon Osbourne promotes Gala Bingo.
Bingo is a great way of socialising with your friends and family. It is a great laugh and doesn’t cost much money and the chances for winning are far greater than if you played the lottery!
I love bingo because it is easy to play, the sites are all user friendly and it is a great way to pass a lunch hour at work. There are always special offers on all of the best sites and they often give free cash to give the game a go. I won £26 on my first bingo game and it didn’t cost me a penny!!!
If you don’t fancy a night out with your friends – if the smoking bad will affect where you play, online bingo is the answer. You can chat away to so many different people while you play and the pressure is off as you don’t need to concentrate on searching for the numbers on your bingo card, which gives you much more time for chatting to new friends!!
I like nothing more that after a long day at work to relax with my favourite drink, have a good conversation and play a few games of bingo – and if I win that’s an even better bonus!!
Bingo tips
The aim of the game in bingo is to fill in a pattern on your bingo cards.
The player to do this first is the winner. In online bingo it is much easier to play with more than one card as the computer auto-dabs for you. This means that you can play with up to 60 bingo cards at one time and increase your chances of winning.
If you choose a bingo room with less people, you increase your chances of winning. However unless there is a fixed jackpot, the winnings can go down – but you still win!!
When you play online bingo, you are not only playing a game where you have good chances of winning, but you are also entering a great community environment. This means that whilst you are hopefully raking in the cash you are also making some great bingo buddies! The chat features are something to look out for when choosing which bingo site to play on.

It is also a good idea to familiarise yourself with the bingo calls – this is particularly helpful when playing in a live bingo hall. You don’t want to get stuck when they call out “One little Duck”!!
Bingo History
Long ago when bingo was first created it was a mans game. Today it is far more popular with women.
Bingo originated in Italy as far back as 1520. Back then it was known as lotto. The name Bingo came from a form of bingo that was played in America in the early twentieth century, Beano. It was referred to as Beano then, for the simple reason that beans were used to cover the numbers on the bingo card.
Due to the numbers used in playing bingo, Germany used to use the game as a way of teaching children arithmetic!
In the early days, bingo was traditionally played in church halls, at village fairs, school halls and other smaller venues. Then as the games popularity rose so did the size of the venue and before long the games were being held in larger venues like cinemas. Now there are enormous halls specifically for big bingo sites. You have probably seen the huge gala Bingo and Mecca Bingo venues across the country.
With the current explosion of online bingo, the game has massively increased in popularity. With the typical player changing from the older lady to people from 18-100 all loving the game as much as the next person!

Benefits of a Virtual Tour

Benefits of a Virtual Tour
By: John smith jr-9248

Are you aware of the many benefits offered by a virtual tour? If not, you should look into them today. The fact of the matter is that virtual tours are becoming more and more popular. And since most people have access to the internet, taking part in a virtual tour is not as hard as it once was.

Here are three benefits that you need to be aware of.

1. By taking a virtual tour you never have to leave your home. Do you want to visit a popular tourist destination on the other side of the world? If so, and you do not feel like traveling, a virtual tour is all that you need. Within a matter of minutes you will feel that you are visiting the destination in person; even though you never had to leave home or spend a single dollar.

2. More and more photography and video companies are offering virtual tours on their websites. In turn, this means that the number of available destinations that you can tour is also on the rise. In the years to come, you will have the ability to visit almost every destination in the world as long as you have access to a computer and the internet.

3. Most virtual tours will not cost you a dime. The majority of websites that offer virtual tours do so for free. And of course, since you do not have to leave home, you can soak up the atmosphere while keeping all your money safe. For those who are frugal, or simply on a tight budget, a virtual tour gives them the ability to travel the world for free.

As you can see, virtual tours have a lot to offer. Although taking a virtual tour is not the game as being at a destination in person, it is definitely the next best thing. Find a website that offers a virtual tour of a destination you are interested in. From there, take the time to experience the thrill first hand!

Free online games today are designed to actually create a virtual realm, a realm where users can just relax, chat with people who share similar gaming interests, or perhaps interact with people who share a similar passion. A very good example is quiz sites, these sites offer players to interact and compete against each other in real time and allow them to share there opinions on the difficulty of the topics, there views on topics that questions were asked about. Apart from quiz sites there are numerous online games that allow users to team up and approach challenges, all in all online game sites are not just about mindless gaming. No matter how far artificial intelligence progresses it will never be a substitute for a live human being.
